Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the button "Order now for a fee" you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order has been sent and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email or by delivering the goods within two days.
Free returns
We grant you a free return guarantee of a total of 14 days from receipt of the goods. You can withdraw from the contract by returning the goods to us within 14 days of receipt (the period begins on the day after receipt of the goods), provided that the goods are complete and in their original packaging and are unused and undamaged and that they are not goods that are specially made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs. You do not have to give any reasons for returning the goods. Sending them on time is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Delivery
Deliveries are generally only possible within Switzerland.
Warranty
If delivered items have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please report such defects immediately to us or to the employee of the transport service provider who delivers the items. Failure to make this complaint will, however, have no consequences for your legal claims. For all defects in the purchased item that occur during the statutory warranty period, you have the option of the statutory claims for subsequent performance, for remedy of defects/new delivery and - if the statutory requirements are met - the further claims for reduction or withdrawal as well as for damages, including compensation for damages instead of performance and compensation for your wasted expenses.
Shipping
Vivendi Clothing GmbH offers free delivery for orders over €50.
payment
Payment can generally be made via PayPal, PostFinance (Card & E-Finance), invoice, credit card (Mastercard, VISA), Apple Pay or Google Pay. There is no possibility of a discount. We reserve the right to only offer you certain payment methods for the requested delivery, for example, to protect our credit risk, only those that correspond to the respective creditworthiness.
Prices
Our prices are final prices and include VAT.
Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
